Find your perfect dress, choose your size and select a delivery date. We recommend booking delivery one to two days before your event. Your order can be delivered to your home or collected from the Carindale home studio, and postal orders include a return satchel.

Try-on sessions are available by appointment at the Carindale home studio. Availability changes each week, so send an enquiry with the dresses you would like to try and some suitable days and times. Children are welcome.

Absolutely. Receive 10% off two items, 15% off three, 20% off four, or 25% off five or more. The dresses can have different hire periods; they simply need to be booked together.

Choose a four-day or eight-day hire. Your booking begins on the day the dress arrives and ends on the day it must be returned.

Check the fit notes carefully and/or contact me before ordering for personalised sizing help. If the dress does not fit and no fit notes are included, submit a return request and send it back within 24 hours of delivery in its original condition. A credit note will be issued once the return is received.

No—cleaning is handled for you. Place the dress in the prepaid return packaging and lodge it at your local post office by 12pm on the final day of your hire.

No signature is required because deliveries are marked authority to leave. If you would prefer signature on delivery, please request it during checkout.
